We recommend storing our bread in a cool, dry place, wrapped in a cloth or a bread bag. For longer storage, you can slice and freeze the bread, and toast slices as needed.

Because our bread is made without preservatives, we recommend consuming it within 4-6 days for the best flavor and texture. However, it can be frozen to enjoy later.

Payments

We accept major credit cards, Stripe payments, and PayPal.

Unfortunately, we do not support splitting payments across multiple methods. Please use one payment method per order.

Yes, we use industry-standard encryption to ensure that your payment information is secure. We do not store your payment details on our servers.

If your order is canceled before it’s shipped, we will provide a full refund. Please contact customer support for assistance with order cancellations.

Delivery

Due to fermentation, it takes about three days to make fresh organic bread. As a result, your order will be delivered within two to three days.

We currently deliver to all areas within Surrey, including Virginia Water, Egham, Staines, Sunningdale, Ascot, Windsor, and more. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact our customer support for further details.

Yes, we offer free delivery for orders over £40. For orders below £40, a standard delivery fee applies based on your location.

Currently, we offer a delivery window between 10 am and 6 pm. While we can't guarantee specific delivery times, we do our best to accommodate your preferences. Please leave a note during checkout if you have any special requests.
